Our Mission

To donate $100,000 to families in need. What if the sale or purchase your home could help keep another family in theirs? This was the question that built the foundation to the business model. We want to donate enough to pay a mortgage for a family affected by critical illness but also have their partnered agents make money. “We have a BIG dream to help families and partner with agents nationwide and to do so it has to be good for everyone.”

The mission has expanded to work hand in hand with local organizations, this way the seller can also benefit. How? Most donations are made directly through escrow which means that the seller is paying the donation direct to a 501c3 tax deductible organization. (In case you did not know...sellers traditionally pay 5-6% commission which is split between the buyers and sellers agents.)

The business model is simple- Market - Refer - DONATE

Marketing is done just by sharing all the good that is being done by our Group. It connects to people who are looking to buy or sell real estate and want to make an impact while doing so.

Refer our clients to Top Producing Realtors in their desired area. Our Realtors are hand picked and do not pay a fee to be involved with HHG. Top Producers must do a minimum of 12 deals a year, consistant marketing strategy, and a good reputation.

Donate to a family in need or nominate a charity. A check will be written through escrow and you will get to feel the immediate IMPACT you are making.

Example: $500,000 sale price = $3750 estimated donation to charity. THAT IS HUGE. 

It’s a WIN, WIN, WIN!! A family / charitable organization gets assistance, the sellers make a tax deductible donation and if you’re a buyer working with a HHG agent your offer comes built in with a valuable incentive.

Meet the founders.

Lindsey & Brandon McMorran, founders of the Hope Homes Group have a big heart for community and charitable organizations. They know first hand what it feels like to need guidance and assistance when a family member becomes ill. 

Over the past few years with the support of so many others they have been able to provide financial assistance to close to 60 families and raise over $150,000 through their organization and they are no where near done! They realized that when combining their mission and business together they could focus on ONE thing instead of trying to juggle careers and a nonprofit. After working in the real estate industry for over almost 20 years they found a way to use their business & marketing skills to reach a much larger demographic area and in return give back in a BIG way.
